Position Overview:

As the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This role involves shaping strategic initiatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will also play a critical role in the development of marketing strategies and business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
  Oversee and guide all sales activities, including outside sales and account development, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Business Development:
  Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
• Client Engagement:
  Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Strategy:
  Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing plans to position the company as an industry leader.
• RFP and Contract Management:
  Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including development, proposal, and negotiation phases, to secure advantageous agreements.
• Team Management:
  Supervise and mentor a team of professionals across sales, marketing, and business development, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• CRM Utilization:
  Leverage Salesforce CRM to enhance customer insights, improve pipeline management, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with at least 4 years in
• a leadership role within an MRO company.
• Helicopter industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing the entire RFP process, from drafting to successful contract execution.
• Strong track record in customer relationship management, including escalation resolution and
• operational coordination.
• Demonstrated success in opportunity identification, pipeline development, and expanding business
• relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with experience managing system configuration and driving team
• adoption.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively in a competitive market.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range:
  $130,000 - $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
