As a Quality Assurance Manager, you would be responsible for:
recruiting, training coaching, and performance managing a team of Quality Assurance Specialist.
Assigning teams performance from Medaliia, contract errors, PAC,TP PAC, cancellation percentages, retention of associates as well as other assigned goals Provide on-going development of QAS to ensure excellent customer service is provided by adhering to closing requirements and proper product knowledge Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and systems Work closely with Sales Management teams to ensure a smooth transition of guest from TO/BBB Reps to QAS Ensure all QAS's re following scripts as outlined.
Provide Sales support and assist in answering questions from DOS, In-House Manager, and Inventory Specialists Ensures closing and contract data entry goals are met Have an ongoing desire to grow with the company Why do Team Members Like Working for us? 401(k) matching medical and dental plans Employee discounts Professional growth and career advancement To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
