Director of Nursing Services
The Director of Nursing leads the clinical team to ensure the highest level of nursing caring is delivered to the elders that live in our community. The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading, motivating, and monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
The Director of Nursing is the highest point of clinical decision making in our community.
