A posição En tant que Partenaire Contenus & Stratégie éditoriale (d/f/m) au sein de la direction Expérience Client, vous avez pour responsabilité de concevoir, définir et optimiser la création de contenu personnalisé pour en faire un vecteur de différenciation dans notre expérience client, et d'aider les collaborateurs concernés à créer des contenus de qualité pour nos clients.
Vous avez également la responsabilité de définir, animer et faire vivre les bonnes pratiques éditoriales France & Global pour développer une empreinte Roche plus forte au service d'une expérience client fluide et impactante.
En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Roche, notamment avec le marketing vous accompagnez la mise en œuvre de leurs projets éditoriaux dans le respect des bonnes pratiques éditoriales.
Vous avez un rôle de conseil et d'encadrement pour garantir la cohérence des contenus proposés à nos différents clients.
RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES:
Créer du contenu plus impactant renforcé par nos bonnes pratiques éditoriales.
Guider nos créateurs de contenus grâce à une démarche unique et appropriable, dont l'objectif est de gagner en cohérence et homogénéité, et de réduire le temps de création.
Garantir que nous nous posons les bonnes questions au moment de lancer la création de contenu.
Définir un cadre facilitateur pour tous les collaborateurs, et les aider à acquérir les bons réflexes pour gagner en qualité et homogénéité dans les contenus proposés à nos cibles.
Pensar 'personnalisation' (segmentation attitudinale, expérience, personae).
S'assurer que chaque créateur de contenu connaisse et appréhende les aspects réglementaires et planifier les check-points nécessaires.
Systématiser le suivi des performances des contenus.
Recommander les améliorations en continu.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes compliance & Bonnes Pratiques Promotionnelles.
Faire le lien avec les politiques internes et procédures standards du Groupe Roche.
Faciliter la réalisation des contenus et simplifier les process associés.
Favoriser la collaboration avec les équipes User Expérience / User Interface.
Pratiquer la veille sur les sujets liés aux contenus et aux nouveaux formats.
Diffuser notre approche éditoriale & accompagnement des parcours.
Accompagner la création/l'amélioration de nos contenus et s'assurer que nos bonnes pratiques éditoriales soient prises en compte.
Accompagner les équipes dans leurs démarches de création de contenu.
Sur la base de la connaissance client et de la mesure de l'expérience, proposer une approche personnalisée de nos contenus.
Veiller à la diffusion nos marqueurs d'expérience dans la création des contenus.
Assurer le pilotage éditorial du site RochePro à destination des professionnels de santé.
Définir une gouvernance et un mode opératoire de collaboration avec nos agences Roche.
Faire évoluer le modèle de la content factory pour assurer sa pertinence.
Être le PPOC de la collaboration avec le Lab.
Suivre le Lab et ses KPIs concernant les tâches d'exécution.
Animer notre communauté de champions Lab & Contenu.

Vous avez une expérience significative validée et réussie autour de responsabilité éditoriale et de stratégie de contenus.
Vous avez une formation supérieure en Communication, journalisme ou Marketing.
Vous faites preuve d'un niveau de leadership capable de porter la vision éditoriale.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre esprit créatif.
Vous savez animer et piloter des équipes créatives multi-disciplinaires.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles avec une forte capacité de synthèse.
Vous parlez le français et l'anglais couramment.
