Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement systems that improve operational efficiency and drive project success.
Project Oversight: Manage 5-7 high-value projects ($200K-$500K+) simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients, ensuring exceptional service and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Innovation & Efficiency: Analyze current processes and introduce improvements to enhance project delivery, team coordination, and resource utilization.
Planning & Estimating: Perform detailed estimates, read blueprints, process take-offs, and manage change orders with precision.
Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee all aspects of scheduling, crew coordination, and material logistics to keep operations seamless and efficient.
Site Management: Provide guidance in grading, site work, excavation, and paving coordination, stepping in as needed to ensure quality.
Inspection & Compliance: Meet with inspectors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Team Support: Mentor and support construction managers and team members to build a cohesive, high-performing team.

Experience:

- Expertise in grading, excavation, site work, and paving coordination.
Skills:
- Proficient in construction management software for scheduling, logistics, and team coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of estimating, blueprint reading, and construction planning.
