Responsibilities for this Maintenance Warehouse Associate include:

+ *Equipment maintenance* : Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment like forklifts, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment

+ *Building maintenance* : Perform repairs on the building, such as fixing drywall or doors

+ *Cleaning* : Perform regular cleanups to minimize clutter and safety hazards

+ *Record keeping* : Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record work history, identify parts usage, and identify warranties

+ *Communication* : Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing

+ *Training* : Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols

+ Inspecting buildings, systems, and equipment regularly

+ Troubleshooting complex problems with equipment

+ Working as a team member with operations and other technicians

+ Ordering necessary supplies

+ Maintaining a record of maintenance and repair tasks

+ Following safety rules

+ Loading/unloading delivery trucks

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED

+ Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time

*Pay Details:* $30.00 per hour
