As a licensed therapist with Lifestance Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients, using your expertise and compassion to support their mental well-being. Experience with pediatric care (ages 4 to 9) and autism is a significant plus.

Independently licensed in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
