Your key responsibilities Acting as a leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery
Leading client design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops and interacting with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
Providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and can support specific business objectives
Supporting project and agile scrum management activities
Overseeing application and workflow design, configuration and testing
Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components
Managing and coordinating all phases of the engagement; ranging from initial requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and hypercare
Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
5+ years of ServiceNow project experience
3+ years of experience leading teams and supervising others
2+ years of experience supporting proposal and business development related activities
Functional knowledge of HR process and related technologies is highly preferred
Excellent communication and consulting skills
A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
A flair for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams
A driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you'll also have Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HRSD or ServiceNow CTA

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900.
The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
