Gentle Care Animal Hospital is a longstanding, well-established, fast paced, AAHA accredited hospital located in Lawrence, Kansas. We offer comprehensive veterinary care for small animal companions, including dogs, cats, birds, and pocket pets. We provide many services to ensure the best care for our patients, including wellness and preventative care, advanced dentistry including x-ray, ultrasonography, and endoscopy. We also take an integrative approach to the medicine we practice by offering acupuncture, laser therapy, and chiropractic services. Our mission guides our actions and sets the standard for excellence in both veterinary care and customer service at Gentle Care.
At Gentle Care Animal Hospital, we strive to meet or exceed client expectations for animal health care, offering high quality medical choices for clients. We provide excellent patient care, promote and foster the human-animal bond, and provide public education on health issues.
We're looking for:
Full Time Veterinarian
Empathetic and Compassionate, Team Player with Strong Communication Skills
Proficient in general medicine and surgery
Experience preferred but new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply!

Minimum Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
Active Veterinary State License
USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
