Tremco is excited to welcome a Regional Sales Manager!
Your Responsibilities will include:

Creating a sales strategy and a comprehensive business plan aimed at growth and profitability for your region.
Setting clear goals, objectives, and strategies that align with the Division's strategic plan.
Regularly evaluating and adjusting short and long-term plans based on business trends and market conditions.
Coordinating action plans for market penetration and territory expansion.
Managing discounts effectively to optimize profitability.
Overseeing and controlling the sales budget with an emphasis on sustaining profitability.
Leadership and Guidance:

Providing accessible leadership and coaching to sales representatives to foster their professional growth.
Conducting one-on-one reviews to assess training needs and provide constructive feedback.
Supporting sales representatives in achieving their compensation objectives and ensuring they utilize Smart Sheet for tracking their activities.
Scheduling regular check-ins to review performance in areas such as prospecting, presentations, and sales closures.
Facilitating regular sales meetings to discuss objectives, business updates, and strategies.
Ensuring new sales representatives receive thorough training and apply their learning effectively.
Identifying challenges faced by sales representatives and demonstrating effective problem-solving to address issues swiftly.
Encouraging the use of company systems for sales data collection and promoting safety and sustainability practices.
Staying informed of industry changes and product knowledge to adapt strategies accordingly.
Maintaining organization within your region, including managing home office setups, sales aids, and customer information.
Adhering to company policies and ensuring all team members do as well.
Communication and Coordination:

Maintaining consistent communication with the Sales Force and DSM, sharing valuable insights regarding market trends and competitive intelligence.
Supporting the DSM in implementing the sales strategy and evaluating market dynamics.
Providing timely updates on sales activities, forecasts, and budget adherence.
Participating in meetings and planning sessions to continuously align with company goals.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. Candidates should possess:

3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably within industrial sales, and 5+ years in field sales management.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
Proven financial management capabilities, including market data analysis and sales plan development.
Strong skills in building long-term customer relationships and problem-solving.
Knowledge of the construction, building, and facility maintenance sectors.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet-based software, and contact management systems.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $160,000, plus a comprehensive bonus structure, based on experience and qualifications.
