Job Overview

Are you a Human Resources student looking to gain real-world experience and develop your professional network? Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer in North America, is opening a new manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS. We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who can assist with the full spectrum of HR operations for our new location.

*This Internship will be for Spring Semester 2025

Highlights of your role

Assist with New Employee Orientation and the management of employee leaves.

Assist with general questions regarding benefits and wellness, as well as the communication of benefits and wellness programs.

Assist with special projects designed for strategic growth, support and retention of Marvin's valued workforce.

Support projects and events designed to improve workplace culture.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Must be enrolled in a four-year Bachelor's degree program in a related field, such as a Human Resource and Business program

Strong organizational skills required, as is demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

Flexibility, willingness and ability to quickly respond to changing priorities in a timely manner is required

Must possess a strong respect for the heightened level of confidentiality required in this role
