Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Client Care Coordinator with knowledge of the I/DD industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $19 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
•Hourly wage of $19 to $20 paid every two weeks

Responsibilities:
•Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
•Provide support to our I/DD Division
•File and organize important documents
•Assist with writing client protocols
•Assist with various onboarding duties
•Assist with scheduling
•Reviewing daily care logs to verify compliance with state licensure
•Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
•Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1+ years of experience with I/DD or Health Care Industries
•Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and within a team
