Job Duties:

Prepare and submit reports to meet green building initiatives
Analyze design documents, construction documents, specifications, and submittals to identify items for compliance
Develop and oversee green building program scorecards
Manage the prime green building rating system for a diversity of different project types
Provide documentation of project compliance for green building codes and above code programs
Communicate to internal/external Team methods to bring non-conformance items into conformance
Updates Sustainability Discipline Leader on project due dates
Performs code and above-code research for projects.
May assist in performing Green Building training prior to building certificate of occupancy issuance.
May assist with external team meetings to detail expectations for compliance of green building programs.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:

Familiar with Green Building Science.
Proficient with Green Building programs with a growing familiarity of green building design practices.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit preferred
Foxit and Bluebeam knowledge
Preferred knowledge of Archisnapper
