Act as a first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM; Ensure world-class customer experience in the Corsair Webstore and Corsair Warranty RMA service; Ensure all efforts are expended to meet/exceed customer product delivery and return expectations; Handle all customer inquiries in the best interest of the consumer and Corsair; Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair's core values; Constantly seek ways to improve the customer experience.
