In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director in Dubai, delivering sales targets in Turkey and Caspian countries across our BMS & Controls portfolio. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, working within Indirect Products Distribution through Channel partners, expanding our market share with new business customers, including end users, contractors, and consultants.

How You Will Do It

As a Senior Channel Sales Engineer, you will:

Develop new channels and nurture existing ones.
Support Channel Partners in identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
Build long-term partnerships and customer relationships.
Drive growth in your territory with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent planning and time management skills.

What We Look For

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
Proven experience in the Building Management System industry.
Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment, and provide expert advice to customers.
Track record of delivering sales within multinational companies.
Determined, results-driven, and strong sales acumen.

Preferred:

Previous experience in Channel Sales.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within Turkey in the BMS & Controls portfolio.
Proficiency in using Salesforce.
Fluency in English.
