Our client is a well known multi-billion dollar private equity fund. The firm works in the office in SF 5 days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include:
• Work with the firms Head of Investor Relations to service existing investors and support the fundraising process
• Distribute marketing and research materials to existing and prospective investors
• Develop a strong understanding of the firm's portfolio companies and craft new investment and exit announcements
• This is a 2 year program
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years of experience working in investment banking, management consulting and/or investor relations at a private equity fund / placement agent
• Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution
• Exceptional technical skills: CRM platforms, data room platforms and consultant/third party databases
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
