Our client is a multi-billion dollar hedge fund / private equity fund based in CT. Employees at the firm are in the office 5 days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The firm is hiring an Investor Relations Associate.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all incoming investor queries and requests
Completing and creating DDQs and RFIs
Creating, maintaining, and owning detailed databases which track a) capital activity, b) investor performance, exposure, and attribution, c) LP reporting deliverables, d) RFI requests, and e) LP relationship details
Updating and maintaining marketing materials
CRM and data room management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-5 years of relevant investor relations / client service experience from a private equity firm
• Undergraduate degree from a top institution is required
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
