Inventory Control Coordinator

Location: Middlesex, NJ

Pay: $18-19/hour

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

: Maintain accurate records for all finished goods, including HCT/P and medical devices.

Product Handling

: Transfer for FG/ITDC, rework, review, and rejection.

Cycle Counts

: Perform quarterly counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordination

: Ensure timely tissue movement for special requests and optimal inventory levels.

Inspection

: Verify accuracy of received tissue.

Order Fulfillment

: Pull for processing as required.

Packaging and Scheduling

: Handle packaging and irradiation scheduling.

Log Maintenance

: Maintain storage logs for all HCT/Ps and medical devices.

Organization

: Keep shelves, refrigerators, and freezers organized and clean.

Flexibility

: Available for extended hours and weekends during peak times.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

: 1 - 2 years in warehousing/inventory management
