The Insurance Advisor is important to maintaining and enhancing customer relationships by conducting reviews of existing policies and making tailored recommendations. You will excel in cross-selling essential products to our current clients and identifying and addressing service needs when our dedicated service team is unavailable. This role is unique because of its role in sales, service but also being a valuable team member for test and learns for the company.

Primary Accountabilities
• Sells and services life, property and casualty insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Estimate and quote policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
• Perform office tasks as needed and assigned by Branch Sales Manager.
• Gather necessary information to assess prospective customers against underwriting criteria.
• Convert incoming leads into qualified customer engagements and manage a prospecting pipeline.
• Provide solid customer experiences by directing potential customers to appropriate resources.
• Develop and execute a retention program for existing customer base.
• Meet sales and quality goals consistently.
• Develop, maintain, and cultivate community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, corporate partners, and community members to foster relationships.
• Work with leaders to create social media content.
• Attend community events.
• Participate in testing new products and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Multitask with a variety of systems.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work with curiosity and flexbility to engage in testing and implementing new initiatives
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners throughout the company
• Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
• Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
• Prefer 2 + years' experience in insurance.
Licenses
• Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.
• Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products: Property and Casualty, (personal lines authority does not qualify) Life and Health.
• Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s). Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 30 days of hire date.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the Chandler, AZ office.
The Insurance Advisor will receive base pay plus variable compensation and our corporate benefits package.
