Infrastructure Staff Engineer

Salary: $ 75,000.00

We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Washington, DC area to provide them with a Infrastructure Staff Engineer. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Infrastructure Staff Engineer:
• 1. BS degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science or other related field
• 2. 0 to 3 years of related work experience
• 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 4. Experience with data management (e.g. SQL)
• 5. ArcMap/GIS skills, highly preferred
• 6. AutoCAD skills, highly preferred

Requirements for the Infrastructure Staff Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a similar discipline.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
A Master's degree is an advantage.
Up to 3 years of related professional experience.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in ArcMap/GIS and AutoCAD is strongly preferred.
Experience with data management tools, such as SQL.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Employees using their personal vehicle for work purposes must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver's license.
This role may involve frequent local travel and fieldwork within the DC Metro area.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team under tight deadlines.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and balancing competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, focused on quality and results, detail-oriented, positive, and eager to learn and grow.
