Required Qualifications:
• This position requires six (6) months recent and verifiable custodial building cleaning, floor maintenance experience, and event setup

Candidate must have a valid Florida Driver's License to drive college vehicles when necessary.

Candidate must have their own transportation to report to other college locations as assigned.

Candidate must be forklift certified within one year of employment.

Key Responsibilities
• : *This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

Performs set ups which includes lifting, bending, and moving tables, chairs, tents, coolers and floor mats.

Cleans glass, chrome and exits on all college facilities as designated, including but not limited to classrooms, labs, offices, theatres, lecture rooms, conference rooms, gymnasium, amphitheaters, etc.

Picks up and removes all trash from assigned areas in classrooms, labs, offices, restrooms, and theatres, etc. (or other areas as directed). Turns off all lights and secures doors.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: *

This position requires walking, standing, stooping, stretching, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting all of the time, exerting at least 20 pounds of force on a recurring basis.

This position will experience exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Must be able to follow oral and/or written communications.

Must have computer knowledge to clock in/out and view other personnel related information.
