Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Facility: ININD St Vincent Indpls Acute-46029
Hospital System: Ascension Health
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Up to 1 night call a week, Up to 1 weekend work shift per month, Must be strong in Neuro/Spine and willing to do Spine and Neuro.
Job Requirements
Current Indiana state nursing license
BLS certification required prior to start
License/Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start
Completion of Ascension Core Competencies
Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination for Hepatitis B
Annual Fit Test required
Influenza Vaccine required annually
Health Statement required prior to first assignment
