As the Nursing Operations Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure the effective management of the Nursing Department. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of care while adhering to regulatory guidelines will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Nurse license and CPR certification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in nursing management.
