Job Details:

Pay: $2480 per week
Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)
Positions Open: 1
Shift: 9-3 if average of 6. 4 hours/day)
What is the work schedule for this position? 5 days/week. Flexibility is available.
Duration: 13 weeks
Facility Setting? LTACH
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No
Number of beds in your facility? Max 32 (average census 20-25)
Preferred experience level? Preferred acute care setting experience
EMR for your facility: Protouch (documentation) and Casamba/ SMART (billing) (will be transitioning to Kronos)
Scrub colors / dress code: purple scrub pants with option for facility shirt or solid colored shirt, otherwise full scrub set
What is the work schedule for this position? Typically begin at 9 and end when caseload is seen (9-3 if average of 6. 4 hours/day)

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted IL License
Active BLS certification
Years of Experience: At least 1 year
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
