We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at InHome Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients in their homes to improve their functionality and independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Current therapist license issued by The State of IL and a current CPR certificate
Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation
