Customer Care Representative to join our growing organization. As the first point of contact, the Customer Care Representative is a vital role in shaping the customer experience. This role is on-site at our Bolingbrook, IL location, Monday - Friday.

JOB DETAILS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
• 1ST Shift Monday - Friday 8:30AM- 5:00pm
Pay: $19-21 PRH
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR WAREHOUSE CLERK:
Manage assigned customer accounts
Receive and process customer POs orders via data entry into our ERP system
Handle incoming calls and customer service inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure follow-up on customer interactions to guarantee resolution and satisfaction.
Performs additional duties as needed.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS FOR WARHOUSE CLERK:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience working with a CRM or ERP system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/GP ERP a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to work M-F
