We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at InHome Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients in their own environment, providing personalized occupational therapy services that cater to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients in their own environment.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Current therapist license issued by The State of IL and a current CPR certificate.
Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation.
Reliable transportation.
