We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Solution Engineer with a strong software programming background to join our presales team.
This unique role focuses on supporting Solution Engineers by creating customized product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and product videos.
If you're passionate about blending technical development with customer engagement, this position offers the perfect mix of software development and customer-facing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Demo Development Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for FlexNet Publisher , FlexNet Embedded , and FlexNet Operations .
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to translate client requirements into compelling technical demonstrations.
Create professional product demonstration videos.
Technical Expertise Utilize programming skills in .NET , Python , SOAP , REST , web development , and SQL to build customized demos and POCs.
Integrate and configure software components to showcase product functionality and value.
Leverage generative AI tools to enhance demos, including generating code and creating innovative solutions.
Develop and edit product videos using video editing tools.
Customer Engagement Support (and occasionally lead) customer presentations and technical demonstrations.
Provide technical insights to articulate the benefits of Revenera's solutions during client meetings.
Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Development teams to accurately represent product capabilities.
Share customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
Documentation and Training Document demo setups and configurations for reuse and knowledge sharing.
Train Solution Engineers on demo environments and new product features.
Develop scripts and record engaging product videos for presentations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in software programming or technical presales roles.
Proficiency in .NET , Python , HTML/CSS/JavaScript , SOAP , REST , and SQL .
Experience using generative AI tools for code generation and demos.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FlexNet Publisher , FlexNet Embedded , or FlexNet Operations .
Familiarity with software monetization or SaaS business models.
Previous customer-facing experience in presales, consulting, or support.
Knowledge of open-source software governance or Software Composition Analysis tools.
