This position is on-site, and we are seeking individuals who are passionate about quality and teamwork.
Position Responsibilities
Thoroughly proofread a variety of materials, including Uline's extensive 800+ page catalog, to guarantee accuracy in content, spelling, and grammar.
Maintain consistency across all content in line with Uline's established style guidelines.
Identify and correct errors, formatting issues, and enhance clarity and tone in communications.
Conduct fact-checking for written content and product images to ensure reliability.
Verify print specifications and layouts, reviewing printer's proofs for precision.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in English or a related field.
5+ years of experience in copyediting or proofreading.
Strong proficiency in AP Style guidelines.
Effective deadline management and adaptability to shifting priorities.
