Maintenance Technician | 7:00AM - 3:30PM | Mon-Fri | $19.00-$22.00/hr
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician
Previous experience with building and property maintenance
Valid driver's license
Basic electrical and plumbing experience
Knowledge of boilers, chillers, and aid handling equipment would be a plus
Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician
Maintain building exterior and interior
Maintain building systems: boilers, chillers, air handling
Painting
Basic plumping and electrical repairs
Changing light bulbs
Lawn maintenance
Snow removal
Moving furniture
