An established welding and fabrication operation in Decatur, IL needs a General Laborer . This company is a leading producer of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and columns for the biotechnology, bio-fuels, grain processing, chemical, petroleum, power, and water treatment industries. They have been a recognized authority in the processing equipment fabrication industry for more than 60 years with a reputation for exceptional quality, service, and dependability.
Qualifications for General Laborer
Good work history in a manufacturing setting
Experience in a welding and fabrication shop preferred
Physical endurance
Ability to lift up to 50#
Responsibilities for General Laborer
Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
Clean and straighten shop
Move materials to support welders
Assist welders with fit up
General laborer
