Ensuring that all suppliers meet the company's stringent quality standards, including conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance metrics.
Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to supplier materials or products.
Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address supplier quality issues.
Working with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in their quality processes.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality.
Participating in cross-functional teams to evaluate and select new suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's quality requirements.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to supplier quality.
Providing guidance and support to internal teams on supplier quality issues as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering in the electronics manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of PCB's
Experience with supplier audits, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time
