Manager in Training position
Job Summary
This sale leader works with AIL Directors to develop short- and long-term strategic goals and is responsible for guiding the planning, organization, and implementation of all sales and business development programs and activities to support the expansion and grow of the agency's book of business to achieve the agency goals with regards AIL's ALP and penetration of the Latino Market.
Also provides leadership to the sales personnel through the implementation of effective training programs, regular review of sales activities and effectiveness, and development of programs to improve sales performance.
