What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable server-side applications using C#/.NET
Collaborate with front-end teams to ensure smooth integration between back-end services and UI
Implement secure APIs and manage server communications using streaming and RESTful protocols
Drive technical decisions and mentor other developers on the team
Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical problems independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in professional full-stack development with a focus on C#/.NET
Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience with design patterns
Advanced expertise in C#/.NET and ASP.NET for building scalable back-end services
Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with financial industry systems
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS
Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
