E15 On-Deck Sports and Entertainment Business Analytics Internship Program

Join us in Chicago for the Summer 2025 On-Deck Internship Program with E15, a data analytics and information services company, and Levy, the nations leader in Sports and Entertainment dining.

Position Description, Project Description:
As an intern in this 10-week program, youll have the opportunity to work with an analytics team that collaborates with some of the biggest brands in sports and entertainment. You will be matched to a project that may involve providing better performance reporting, building predictive models, optimizing operations, creating new insights, and performing a wide range of other data-driven activities that help grow the business. The program is intended to be in-person with interns working from E15s Home Office located in downtown Chicago, IL 3-4 days per week, 1-2 remote workdays per week.
Please note: You may be eligible for a housing subsidy to assist with temporary relocation.

Responsibilities:
Determine data needs for a given analytical problem
Analyze datasets to gain new insights and derive business value
Examine current performance and forecast future outcomes using predictive data modeling
Build polished, interactive reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Present/communicating analysis to internal stakeholders

What Youll Gain:
Experience visualizing complex data
Guidance on how to best utilize quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to address business challenges

You Have:
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Desire to problem-solve with data
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
A good command of statistics
A collaborative work style
A curious mindset
Familiarity with one or more of Tableau, Power BI, and SQL

You Might Also Have:
Familiarity with Python or R
Experience with some of the following techniques: regression models, classification models, optimization models, database querying, visual discovery, or complex financial modeling
