Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Assist in delivering strategic solutions for Healthcare clients, focused on operational and clinical efficiencies
These include labor productivity, process improvement (using our proprietary CLEAR methodology) and financial feasibility and modeling
Work collaboratively with project team to execute upon engagement objectives, work plans, collaborate across work streams and conduct detailed analyses to help provide recommendations
Help clients develop ideas for operational and control opportunities
Project work to integrate clinical protocols across multi-department settings
Maintain and develop relationships with clients, as well as participate in networking and business development activities
Engage with data analytics team members
The qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related degree is required
Master's degree in similar areas preferred
Data analytics experience desired
0-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean process improvement methodologies
Prior consulting experience preferred
Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 50% overnight travel.
Qualified individuals may either reside in or near the Metro Detroit, Michigan or Chicago, Illinois area or be willing to relocate to either area for this opportunity
