E15 FLIK Analytics Internship

Join us in Chicago for the Summer 2025 On-Deck Internship Program with E15, a data analytics and information services company, and Compass Group, the largest foodservice contract company on the planet.

Position Description:

As an intern in this 10-week program, youll have the opportunity to support dynamic teams such as Business Analytics, Data Products, and Data Consulting as they support large-scale projects for the nations most well-known brands. You will be matched with the E15 @ FLIK team and collaborate on a project that may involve providing better performance reporting, building predictive models, optimizing operations, creating new insights, or performing a wide range of other data-driven activities that help grow the business. The program is intended to be in-person with interns working from E15s Home Office located in downtown Chicago, IL 3-4 days per week, with 1-2 remote workdays per week.

Please note: You may be eligible for a housing subsidy to assist with temporary relocation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze multiple datasets to gain new insights
Examine current performance and forecast future outcomes using predictive data modeling
Building polished, insightful reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders
Presenting/communicating analysis to internal stakeholders

You Have:

Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Desire to problem-solve with data
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
A good command of statistics
A collaborative work style
A curious mindset

You Might Also Have:

Familiarity with Python and SQL
Tableau skills
Experience with some of the following techniques: regression models, classification models, optimization models, database querying, visual discovery, or complex financial modeling
