In the Corporate Rotational Program - Artificial Intelligence (AI) focus, you will participate in a 12-month program that will provide hands-on experience working on AI projects, contributing to innovative solutions, and learning from AI leaders at Associated Bank. The Corporate Trainees will experience a combination of largely on the job training with selective classroom training to enhance their development. In two AI rotations, the trainees will go through a structured sequence of tasks to learn the fundamentals of the discipline and start to contribute to day-to-day deliverables.

This person will:

• Assisting in data collection to train AI models, ensuring accuracy and data quality.

• Supporting the development and testing of AI Proof of Concepts.

• Conducting research on the latest AI trends and advancements, providing insights to the team.

• Documenting AI projects, writing reports, and creating presentations to communicate progress and findings.

• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in AI technologies, tools, and techniques.

• Contribute to the company's strategic initiatives, providing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

• Participate in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events with peers and executives.

• Attend development workshops, skills training, and receive regular feedback to support your growth and performance.

• Complete each rotation with a comprehensive performance evaluation, focusing on personal and professional development.

Education

Minimum of an Associate's degree and/or equivalent combination of education & experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, Required.

Experience

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL), Required.

• Familiarity with advanced NLP techniques and machine learning algorithms, Required.

• Proficiency in databases and data formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, SQL) for complex data handling, Required.

• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence), Required.
