The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring a Sales Counselor with a focus on Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Sales Counselor is responsible for achieving sales goals established by executive leadership.
Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000/year plus Commission
To be successful in this role you would have:
Current/prior experience networking, conducting tours, and making sales presentations to prospective residents.
Current/prior sales experience in senior living, including Independent Living and Assisted Living that requires an entrance fee, is highly desirable.
Leading and coordinating marketing events to build community awareness and engagement and networking is preferred.
Current/prior experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and other community leaders.
Valid driver's license.
