Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90k - $120k+ depending experience (Base + Commissions + Bonus Potential)

Job Overview

The Sales and Estimating Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue through accurate project estimations and fostering relationships with commercial clients. With a focus on B2B sales in the construction industry, this role involves managing key accounts, estimating project costs, and guiding clients through the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is both technically adept and customer-focused, with a proven ability to translate technical requirements into client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Account Management:
- Manage warm leads, focusing on commercial clients, GCs, and builders.
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Estimating and Technical Support:
- Conduct blueprints reviews, site walks, and project take-offs.
- Create detailed and accurate project estimates for siding, stucco, masonry, windows, and doors.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.
Market and Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed about market trends, material costs, and competitor offerings.
- Identify and recommend innovative solutions to meet clients' needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Production teams to streamline workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and estimating software (e.g., STACK).
- Provide detailed sales reports, including forecasting and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in sales, estimating, or project management within the construction or exteriors industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in blueprints reading, take-offs, and estimating software (e.g., STACK or similar).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Additional Expertise: Familiarity with roofing concepts is advantageous.
