The Heart and Vascular Step-Down team at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho, is looking for a new member to join the team! This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.
This position offers flexibility with either a night shift or a rotating schedule, available in 2-week or 6-week rotations. We'll discuss scheduling options further during your introductory call about the role.

A day in the life of an Heart and Vascular RN can look like:
Play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with cardiovascular conditions in our growing unit
Work with patients who have spent time in our CVICU and who have stabilized to transition to this unit
Use your expertise, compassion, and commitment to patient centered care to make a significant impact on the lives of patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform necessary procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate smooth transition
Be part of a tight knit team with strong leadership that offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth
Work in a growing unit and service line with plans to develop in the future
Minimum Qualifications:
You currently hold an Idaho or multistate RN license
If you have a multistate license you would need to establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 6 months of hire
You have your Basic Life Support
You are willing to obtain your Advance Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
