You will be the primary contact for Crew employee relations, performance management, and Human Resources initiatives while collaborating with leaders, building positive relationships and being a trusted advisor.

How You Will Make a Difference + Optimally handle employee related issues with confidentiality and fairness while mentoring leaders on the handling of disciplinary issues + Partner with leadership to assess, design and facilitate leadership development programs that support their growth and success + Conducts need assessments to identify key opportunities in training, communication, organizational efficiency, etc.

What You Will Bring to the Team + Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Human Resources operation; Depth of experience in at least one HR functional Areas:
Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance, and/or Workforce Planning & Administration + Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role + Solid understanding and experience of Employee Relations and/or Performance Management concepts and practices Preferred Qualifications:

This is a shipboard role.
• Be ready for adventure in a career at sea and willing to live and work onboard one of our Disney Cruise Line vessels + Be willing to follow and perform safety role, emergency responsibilities and associated responsibilities as specified in the ship Assembly Plan Your Responsibilities:
+ Have a valid passport + Complete a pre-employment medical + Acquire a criminal background check Disney Cruise Line is a drug-free workplace.
