A company is looking for a Customer Technical Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service Level Agreements
Coordinate customer service activities and assist users with hardware/software applications
Manage incidents from creation to completion and perform trend analysis on incidents
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience, or Master's degree with 3 years' experience, or Associate's degree with 7 years' experience, or HS diploma/equivalent with 9 years' experience
Experience in an IT call center environment
Working knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as Solarwinds and Remedy
Ability to contribute to a larger team ensuring timely resolution of Mission Critical Facilities issues
