Must-Have: Ability to work every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday
• Work in a Float Pool covering ICU, CVU, Medical, Surgical, Psychiatric, and Inpatient Rehab units.
• Provide high quality nursing care to patients with critical conditions.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient care.
• Assist in emergency situations and help cover call staffing needs.
• Foster a collaborative environment with the healthcare team.
• Engage in patient education and support as needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation efficiently and accurately.
