Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Solution Design & Development
Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
Provide Technical Leadership
Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Architect Advanced Solutions
Leverage the full Salesforce platform (declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components) and integrate with external systems.
Ensure Data Integration
Develop and implement Salesforce data integration strategies to synchronize data with external systems.
Maintain Code Quality
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and perform quality assurance to ensure high standards in deliverables.
Stay Ahead of Trends
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing new features.
Support Agile Processes
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert
Provide expertise in Salesforce technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.
Troubleshoot and Support
Resolve technical issues, support testing and deployment, and ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.
Implement CI/CD Pipelines
Utilize best practices to establish Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for Salesforce.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Technical Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
Experience
At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, advanced development methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency in Agile development tools, especially Azure DevOps.
Leadership & Communication
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire a team toward excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving & Innovation
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to adopting emerging Salesforce technologies and practices.
