Willingness to float to all medical/surgical floors within a 9.5-mile radius
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
• Availability for every other weekend and holiday shifts
