Job Title: Legal Documentation Admin.
Location: Des Moines - 100% onsite
Pay Range: $25
PROJECT DETAILS - Please do not apply unless you have worked for a Legal Company or Law firm.
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with bank customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
DUTIES
• Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
• Test info before its sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
• Checking notarization on documents.
• May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.
TOP SKILLS
• Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
• Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
• Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
• Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams)
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding credit cards
