Job Title: ControllerLocation: Waterloo, IowaSalary: $100-125KJob Summary of the Controller: The Controller will plan and direct the activities of the Accounting Department as it relates to financial accounting, reporting, and analysis and reports to the company CFO.
Responsibilities of the Controller:
•Financial Reporting (financial statement package, distributions for internal stakeholders and bank, key metrics, etc).
•Balance sheet account reconciliations, related adjustments, and integrity of the overall balance sheet.
•Financial analysis of monthly results (financial statement variances, MD&A writeup, etc).
•Oversight and responsibility for all Billing/Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable personnel and processes.
•Oversight and maintenance/improvement of financial accounting processes and procedures.
•Weekly cash management, including cash forecasting.
•Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
•Risk Management / Insurance support, i.e. annual renewal data gathering/provision.
•Champion Syteline ERP system and capabilities within the financial accounting organization.
•Project work and other duties as assigned.
