BREW OIL LLCWe are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and upkeep related to fuel station operation.
You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge.
You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Company van will be provided.
Employee will travel between Brew store located in NW Iowa.Responsibilities may include:
Fuel systems filter changes and related monitoringPerform cleaning activities etc.Perform fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesInstall appliances and equipmentDo garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbsInspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g.
ventilation)Check functionality of safety systems (e.g.
fire alarm)Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovationsReport to a facilities or maintenance manager for issuesRequirementsBasic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systemsExperience using hand and electrical toolsAbility to read technical manuals and drawingsVery good communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and dexterityHigh school diploma or equivalent
