$21.00/hr (potentially up to $23.00/hr for exceptional candidates) Shift Availability:
2nd and 3rd shift (weekly schedule, not daily) Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Standard Works and SOP Formatting Specialist to join our team for a temporary position.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Format standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other work documents according to company guidelines.
Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate and efficient document creation.
Adapt to varying shift requirements, including a primary schedule from 1:
00 PM to 9:
30 PM and availability for cross shifts from 8:
00 PM to 4:
30 AM.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required.
